Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we don't offer return on flower deliveries however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds.Cancellations of orders are not accepted once the payment is completed.
Can I change the flowers and greeneries for my order?
If you would like to change the flowers and greeneries of your order, please contact us by WhatsApp https://wa.me/85294477356 to make a special request. Please note additional fees may be required according to the request.
If your order has already been packaged or dispatched for delivery, we will not be able to change anything.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation by email within 10 minutes
