Return & Refund

Due to flowers are natural and seasonal, the actual arrangements may not look exactly as the photos on our website.

As all flowers are not always in season, IRIS1.6c Florist reserves the right to substitute blooms and vessels with a similar "look and feel" without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised photos as possible.

Each floral arrangement is custom created and will not be exactly the same from the photos. We try our best to ensure every arrangement is made to delight but occasionally, despite our best efforts, a flower may wilt prematurely or show bruising. If you have any enquiries, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 


In-Store Shopping

Any products purchased in the store cannot be returned or exchanged. We will assist the customer to check the product for any defects or damage before completion of payment. Refund and exchange will not be arranged for the products has been left our store.


Change / Cancellation

Unfortunately we don't offer return on flower deliveries however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds. Cancellations of orders are not accepted once the payment is completed.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us by WhatsApp with 3 days notice prior to delivery date.


Damages and Other Issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will try our best to provide immediate solutions to you.
