(1) All Valentine's products are custom made and not in stock.
(2) Some flower materials might not be available due to fright delay/ flower condition issues. It will be replaced with similar flower materials without prior consultation.
(3) Pick up and delivery date are available from 13 - 15 Feb 2024. Additional charged might be occurred for urgent orders.
(4) The product is with gift bag.

Due to flowers are natural and seasonal, the actual arrangements may not look exactly as the photos on our website.
Each floral arrangement is custom created and will not be exactly the same from the photos. As all flowers are not always in season, IRIS1.6c Florist reserves the right to substitute blooms and vessels with a similar "look and feel" without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised photos as possible.

Change of Delivery Information

Failure of Delivery
If we are unable to contact the recipients / the recipients refuse to sign for receipt / the delivery information is incorrect,
Residential address: we will pass the product to the management office / leave the flower outside the address.
Commercial or office address: we will pass the product to the reception of other colleagues for relaying
Delivery address is incorrect: the flower will be returned to our workshop.
Note:
(1) The product will be returned to our workshop if the delivery is not successful with the above alternatives.
(2) Rearrangement fee and additional transportation cost will be charged to the Customers.
(3) For products with fresh flowers, the new delivery date / pick up day can only be the day after the original delivery date.
(4) Refund and rearrangement on the products will not be applied.

Every floral product is unique and handmade by our Florists. The photos and descriptions of floral arrangements on our website are for reference only. Please allow 1-2cm discrepancy due to manual measurement.
Preserved Flower Care Tips:
1. Do not water preserved flowers or touch them frequently
2. Avoid exposing preserved flowers to sunlight or strong light
3. Prevent preserved flowers from being blown directly by air-conditioner or being refrigerated
4. If you wish to remove the dust surrounding the flower, it’s suggested that hair dryer should be used in a low speed to blow away the dust

Care Instructions
1. Clean your vase thoroughly. Any lingering bacteria will make your flowers wilt faster
2. Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water and add your flower food
3. Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline to avoid build-up of debris
4. Trim about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. We recommend varying the stem length to give your arrangement a height range
5. Change the water regularly after the second day. Just like us, flowers love clean water
6. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight to prolong their life
7. Remove any wilted flowers. Besides not looking as attractive, they can spread mould onto the others
